Estimates and service information

The income calculator presents indicative annual gross rental income ranges in AED. These are not guaranteed earnings or a valuation. Actual bookings, availability, pricing and property expenses affect results. Management fees start from 18% of gross rental; your written management agreement sets out the services, charges and exit arrangements that apply to you.

Enquiries and agreements

Submitting a form or using the calculator does not create a property management agreement or confirm a booking. The team will discuss requirements and any property-specific preparation before an agreement is made.

Guest bookings and external services

Guest bookings are made through our booking portal or the relevant booking platform. Check the property’s displayed price, availability and booking conditions there before confirming. External websites have their own terms and privacy notices.

Photographs and property details

Photographs illustrate individual apartments. Furnishings, amenities and availability differ by property and may change. Consult the current listing for the property you intend to book.
