The Smart Concierge Holiday Homes LLC is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy covers enquiries through this website and our Facebook and Instagram lead forms.

Information you provide

We receive your name, email, phone number, property details and messages when you make an enquiry. Meta passes us the details you confirm in its lead forms. Email and WhatsApp messages are handled through their respective services.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, discuss your property, arrange an inspection and prepare an estimate. If you become a client, relevant information is used to provide the agreed management service, including listings, supplier coordination and regulatory administration.

We do not sell personal information or send marketing messages to people who have not requested them.

Service providers

Information may be handled by providers supporting our website hosting, email, advertising and business operations, including InMotion Hosting, Google and Meta. Where needed to manage a property, relevant information is shared with booking platforms, contractors and the authorities. Using external links or WhatsApp also involves those providers and their own privacy policies.

Website measurement and cookies

Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement load only after you select Accept measurement. Reject optional cookies keeps this measurement disabled; the contact form remains available. Cookie preferences in the footer lets you change your choice. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. With consent, Google may process visit information and advertising identifiers to measure traffic and enquiries. The form does not explicitly send your name, email, phone or message to our Google measurement events.

The website also uses technical information for delivery and security, including hosting logs and short-lived submission controls. These are separate from optional advertising measurement. Meta lead forms on Facebook and Instagram are governed by Meta’s notices as well as our use of the details you submit.

Retention and requests

Our existing policy provides for unsuccessful enquiry records to be retained for up to 24 months. Client records are kept for the contractual, tax and licensing purposes that apply. Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion or stopping use of your information, or to withdraw consent. We will consider requests against the obligations applicable to the records concerned.
