Absolutely. The Smart Concierge is a one stop destination for all your property management needs. We will setup your property as per Airbnb standards and list it on different hosting websites so that you can maximize your revenue.

The Smart Concierge offer a first-class service; our contracts are straight forward and our whole philosophy is one of Transparency. Our model allows us to maximize occupancy which in turn allows us to reduce our fee. Contact us to know more.

The only requirement is that the property must be furnished in accordance with Airbnb and DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing) standards. We can help you furnish or arrange the missing items in order to match the required standards.

 

Absolutely, you will be able to block dates through the owner’s portal for personal use and them dates will be logged off in the DTCM system as ‘House use’.

 

No, rule of the land is that holiday home units need to be leased as whole unit and not as shared bedrooms or separate beds.

 

For unfurnished properties, the setup is expected to take an additional week if the furnishing is done by The Smart Concierge.

 

Yes sure, this will always be managed within a reasonable notice period.

 

Absolutely, we do not block the property as long as it is managed by us. We have a sister real estate company that can manage the property viewings on your behalf and the property will be available to all agents /investors.

 

It takes up to two weeks to finalize setup, registration, inspection, professional photography and listing the property.

 

We work with various advertising and hosting websites that allow for travelers across the world to book a stay in your home.

 

No prepayments and no hidden fees. The Smart Concierge fee is only 18% of gross rental.

 

Yes, you can, provided you have a NOC stating that the homeowner agrees to the subletting. We will ensure all documentation is appropriate and in accordance with DTCM so you can start making revenue through this model.
