Free consultation and inspection, furnishing support, professional photography and listing preparation. We collaborate with an Italian interior designer who advises us on furniture selection.
Market & manage
Listings through Booking.com, Airbnb, our website booking portal and Property Finder. We adjust pricing with seasonality and market conditions in mind.
Host & maintain
Guest communication, check-in and check-out, housekeeping, post-checkout inspections, replenishment of guest amenities and maintenance coordination.
