Property expenses are discussed separately
The management percentage is not a promise that every property expense is included. Furnishing, utilities, repairs, permits and other applicable charges are discussed for your apartment and recorded in the agreement. Maintenance coordination does not mean all repair work is free.

Whether you are planning personal stays or considering a sale, flexible exit terms help you plan your next step. We explain notice periods and exit arrangements before you sign, and coordinate any change around existing reservations and your agreement.
