Prepare, photograph and launch
We help with furnishing and missing essentials, arrange a free professional photoshoot and prepare your listings. We market properties through Booking.com, Airbnb, our website booking portal and Property Finder. An apartment can be ready in about ten days, depending on the work needed.
Plan for ongoing hosting
Once guest stays begin, we manage communication, check-in and check-out, housekeeping and maintenance coordination. Inspections after check-out and replenishment of guest amenities support the next arrival. You can follow reservations through the owner portal and review monthly statements.
